Some rules and conditions should be maintained by both parties during bartering products.

1. It is comprehended by two parties that ending and acquiescence of this form by the Offeree to the
Offeror reflects the intention of the Offeree to go through into a lawfully binding deal. Upon approval
of the product and service within the bid amount of the Offeror, the party requisite to make
payment agrees to fulfill payment for the desired product and services via Barter and additional means such as cheque, money order, credit card or bank transfer as arranged. Each party has the same opinions to let know the other of all estimated fees before beginning of any exchange of product and services.
2. Both parties are able to enter into the agreement freely, and they have to obey the rules and conditions of the agreement.
3. Both parties will abide by the price fixed by each as final and obligatory. Both parties confirm that the
pricing for product and service signifies fair market price, to their best knowledge, belong to that industry.
4. Both parties characterize and give warranty that the product and service presented for barter can
lawfully be sold by them and their approved agents or brokers, and they have complete power for making this agreement. There is also a warranty on the product and service not to infringe
upon any constitutional copyright or upon any simple law rights, branded rights or any other rights
whatsoever.
5. Both parties should have the same opinion to stick with the delivery schedule as fixed by the parties. They further are in an agreement to
deliver product(s) and/or service(s) in fine condition.
6. Both parties confirm that all the information incorporated in this agreement is true, to the best of their knowledge.
7. If one party decides to cease the barter arrangement, that specific party agrees to pay compensation the other party.
